Estimate hyperfocal distance and near/far depth of field limits with documented assumptions.
Hyperfocal distance uses H = (f² / (N · CoC)) + f. Distances are rounded to two decimals. Far limit is infinity when focus distance exceeds H.
What is CoC? Circle of confusion (mm) is a sensor-based blur tolerance; presets use common values.
Why infinity? If you focus at or beyond hyperfocal distance, the far limit effectively reaches infinity.
